Our unique Dream Pave resin bound permeable pavement is 100% Natural Canadian Granite, with a  carefully selected size of aggregate. The aggregate is mixed on-site with StoneSet Premium UV Resin, which has been installed for 30+ years from Europe, Scandinavia to Siberia to Australia. This industry leading premium resin is UV resistant and resistant to Canada’s freeze / thaw cycles.

Dream Pave permeable resin bound surfaces have the appearance of loose, natural aggregates with the structure of finished pavements. If you were to see one of our samples, people describe it looking like a big Rice Crispy squares. Just not nearly as soft, nor as tasty.

Absolutely! Dream Pave has been used in harsh winter conditions like Siberia, Germany and the UK . As well as the most UV intense regions like Australia, New Zealand for 30+ years, with over 25 Million Square Feet installed.

For larger projects, installing our resin bound permeable pavement is reserved for our Authorized Installers, trained by Dream Pave. Unfortunately large areas are not intended for all you awesome DIYers.

However, Dream Pave now offers two DIY (Do-it-Yourself) products.

Absolutely. Dream Pave is considered L.I.D. – Low Impact Development  feature.  It has the lowest carbon footprint of any pavement to produce. Dream Pave X StoneSet gets mixed on-site, avoiding any carbon-heavy production.

Good news is the StoneSet resin installed by Dream Pave is strong enough to be used for both residential and commercial applications! Our finished permeable pavement, is flexible like asphalt, but strong like concrete.  Dream Pave can accommodate heavy commercial vehicles, including snow plows!

Great question. Dream Pave is ideal for anywhere you would install concrete, interlock pavers or asphalt.  Dream Pave X StoneSet can be installed on driveways, walkways, patios, parking lots and more! Yes of course! Dream Pave permeable pavement is salt and chlorine resistant. Best is, you can expect to use very little salt too! Your garden and trees will love you for that!

Yes! StoneSet by Dream Pave have endured numerous scientific testing, including a friction test; StoneSet passed with flying colours. Guess what!? You can run a snow plough on it as well. But we recommend lifting the plough 1/2″ since there is very little ice forming on the surface. So you don’t have to ‘scrape’ of the ice as you get on pavers, asphalt and concrete.

Sorry, but no maintenance required here! StoneSet by Dream Pave is highly porous; every square centimeter of Dream Pave resin bound is permeable. The only maintenance if you wish, is to give it a light power-wash annually.

Yes, Dream Pave X StoneSet permeable resin bound surfacing is indeed pet friendly. We installed a Permeable Dog Park for the City of Toronto. Dream Pave is quite smooth as its finished with a power trowel that creates a smooth surface. It’s very pleasant walk on bare-foot, so your furry friends will not have any issues.

Not at all. StoneSet Premium Resin has Low VOC when installing, and ZERO leaching once cured, so its very safe for Environmentally sensitive areas. Combined with our permeable base construction, it actually becomes a natural water filter!

Not at all. Our installation process is fundamentally different than conventional asphalt. No need to drive on your gravel surface for months before installing the permeable surface layer. Your curb appeal will not suffer, nor will you be hassled by mud and dirt when you hire Dream Pave Permeable Pros. 

Not at all! During the initial curing phase, we will apply a light traction sand. After curing process the finished permeable pavement becomes slip-resistant. Furthermore, due to the Geo-thermal effect, and because a permeable resin bound surface ‘breathes’, moisture evaporates quick than other surfaces, meaning less ice build up in the winter! Nice.

As previously mentioned, the Geo-Thermal effect means your Dream Pave X StoneSet permeable surface will be noticeably cooler than asphalt, concrete and even interlock pavers. Some clients with our darker colours, experience a comfortably ‘cool’ resin bound permeable surface to walk on during hot summer days versus the interlock stones they replaced by hiring Dream Pave.
