Fully permeable pathways, or porous walkways, ensure rain water is allowed to seep through the highly permeable surface, gets filtered by the permeable base, then drains back into the water table. Just as nature intended!  StoneSet by Dream Pave offers an incredible flow rate of 90 L/m2/min.  Best of all, our resin bound permeable pavement delivers an attractive organic-looking,  low maintenance and durable pathway solution that is fully permeable and eliminates the typical high lifetime maintenance costs of other permeable products.

Permeable walkways provide a safe, slip-resistant surface while minimizing storm water run-off in environmentally sensitive park settings. Our solution is again durable and low-maintenance, withstanding service vehicle traffic loads.

Together, this offers your perfect solution for commercial, institutional and public pathways. Our installs consist of an open base layer of compacted stone, allowing maximum permeability, and storage in the event of a flash storm.

Our permeable surface layer is installed at a depth of 30-45 mm, to provide a strong, stable, entirely permeable yet durable surface.

Replacing Your Existing Pathways is achievable.

To replace your existing pathways, the only base preparation typically required is to clear enough existing aggregate to accommodate a 6″ permeable base, comprised of clear stone which also acts as a rain water storage facility during heavy storms. Then a 40mm layer of StoneSet Permeable pavement.

Our specification reflects standard best practices for permeable surfacing, and are available upon request.
