I'm so happy we went with Tom and Dream Pave to do our permeable driveway. We had asphalt previously and when it came time to update the driveway we knew we wanted something more sustainable and attractive.

Tom and his team were great to work with, and the finished driveway is nothing but spectacular. A few weeks after it was installed, the city experienced record torrential rain and the permeable paving handled it wonderfully. No ponding, no runoff, no dirt splash back on our siding or basement windows, and no evidence that we had just went through an unprecedented weather episode. We all know the importance of sustainable rainwater and flood management systems but to see live and in effect is another storey. Unlike other materials, it maintains a clean appearance, and the granite is so beautiful.  We're so happy with the choice.

Even though they were booked up for the summer, Dream Pave accommodated our schedule to coincide with our landscape work. Tom was very conscious not to leave us without a functional driveway between the landscape work finishing up and the stair of their work. Tom tells me that Dream Pave's motto is "doing what's best for clients and doing what's best in this world". That's a great statement to live by and they really put that in practise dealing with us.

We were looking for a permeable surface for the hard landscape on our property to address the concerns of local flooding due to rains and aging infrastructure. Dream paving provided us with a way of managing storm water effectively while beautifying our home and reducing the maintenance associated with pooling water, namely ice and weeds! Absolutely love our back patio done in Mocha Dream Pave. Being in a high water table area, we were concerned about run off and pooling. The water just flows through and away as the slope graded below grade and away from the house. The surface is not slippery and is nice on bare feet. Tom was great to deal with. From my first meeting with Tom, it was very clear that Dream Pave are absolute pros.  They really understand their product and helped us navigate towards the best solution for our project. Tom got us headed in the right direction and then took care of the small details to ensure we were comfortable each step of the way. Once on site the install went very smoothly.  The driveway looks phenomenal...more than we could ask for.  Thanks to the whole team for your effort and care. Much appreciated. Dream Pave gets a strong recommendation from me and my family.

I'm not sure this winter was a good test of the snow melting on the driveway (as we had so little snow) but overall we have loved how "dry" the driveway is when the sun clears off everything.   Sometimes I would need to shovel our concrete pathway but not the PurePave driveway!   And I love how "clean" the Dream Pave is along the sides of my house in comparison to how messy the previous grass and pathway used to be.  It solved our muddy clay soil problem and gave us a patio space we can now use.  PurePave was well worth the wait ... and the cost. We are very happy with our Dream Pave driveway. Tom was easy to work with and had a great team of trained people working for him.  The driveway looks great and no longer contributes to storm water runoff. Tom and his crew installed a Pure Pave permeable parking pad on our front yard (see photo).   They were friendly, courteous, respectful and reliable.  They always showed up when they said they would, kept us informed of progress and sought our decisions as needed.   Tom offered excellent suggestions regarding the choice of colour for the parking surface as well as surrounding stonework.  He also recommended tradespeople for other work we needed done. Tom, Phil and the whole Dream Pave team were extremely professional. They worked within our timeline and budget and were extremely honest in their assessment of what areas could use less purepave (to their financial disadvantage). One can tell they are proud of their product. They brought great design ideas to the table, prioritizing both appearance and functionality. The product sells itself, so it's such a pleasure to see the team not take the relationship for granted, but rather always responsive and attentive to questions and concerns.  They took extreme care, working with our builder to solve difficult irrigation issues and did not rush a solution. We entrusted the team to do the entire property’s landscaping and look forward to working with them next season on a backyard makeover.
