Permeable Parking Lot in York Region

Dream Pave installed a high-performance permeable parking area at the Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority in York Region, replacing an entire section of existing permeable block pavers – which did not perform well over winters.

The seamless StoneSet x Dream Pave resin-bound surface allows water to drain through efficiently, helping reduce standing water and the risk of icy conditions during winter.

Since the installation, the site has required remarkably little winter maintenance—in fact, crews have officially stopped using road salt on the Dream Pave surface altogether! The LSRCA team has been impressed with its performance to date, as well as its clean appearance and contribution to more sustainable stormwater management.
